Hi, i wonder if we ca accomplish an external project that we are passionate about to help us grow closer. We do a lot of outreact at work, and it helps us get closer. let's think more about this. Kim
I do agree that outreach can help us grow closer internally as we work to accomplish a goal. I also thought the idea of a church picnic would be a great way to get together informally and really be able to spend time getting to know everyone.
